Fast Track Approach
You: are ready for Fundraising and Engagement with Dynamics 365. You have a list of donors, donations and accounts which need to be imported from Excel. You are comfortable with technology and are ready to learn. You need someone to show you the ropes, configure the CRM to meet basic fundraising requirements and then you will take it from there. You can move quickly and need a partner who can help, and then get out of the way.
We: helped build Fundraising and Engagement with Microsoft. We know the product inside and out. We will get it installed, integrated with Azure, configured to match best practices, import your lists, and provide you with standard training to give you the momentum you need to succeed.
How: During the 4-week engagement we will meet regularly with your designated CRM champion. We will deploy and set-up Azure and Dynamics 365. We will configure your gift receipts and acknowledgements, security roles and a payment gateway. Then we will provide training to launch your confidence and stick around for a couple of weeks to ensure you have got what you need after Go Live.
Standard Implementation Services
We have “been there, done that” many times before and while we do not believe in cookie-cutter services, we do believe there are standard configuration and implementation components every client needs. Our deep experience with Dynamics 365 and nonprofit industry knowledge enables us to help your organization utilize the CRM successfully and efficiently, without your staff having to learn complex engineering skills or one-time-only initialization processes. We will implement user security roles, workflow processes and templates for receipts, payment gateways, configuration settings and more.

Data Conversion Services
Your data is the most important asset your organization has. Moving from one database to another is not a task on the project plan but a critical component to your long-term success. Our plan is to convert your legacy data to its new home in Dynamics 365 and the Common Data Model for Nonprofits (as if it originated there) and not just dump it in place. You need to analyze your data to inform your strategy and enrich your donor relationships.
Our approach to any data conversion is to start with a data diagnostic to “get under the hood” so we can be prescriptive and accurate with the diagnosis as to the effort required to convert it. Then we will work with your staff to map, convert, test, validate and update your data throughout the process securely.
