Food Banks Canada vision was to digitally transform their mission-critical operations with a fully integrated back-office finance system, network management solution and donor management solution – all integrated to a data repository to ingest internal and external data sources for visualization and analysis.
In order to achieve their vision, Food Banks Canada needed to address the challenge of bringing multiple primary and equally important components of their business together:

- The management of data related to its food bank network across Canada
- Food Banks Canada’s finance system, with the goal to have all of their data connected to allow for easy reporting and reference.
The MISSION CRM Solution
MISSION CRM stepped up to the challenge by implementing it’s donor engagement and fundraising system, including its pre-built integration with Dynamics 365 Business Central. In parallel, BDO Canada participated in this transformation by working with the Food Banks Canada team to build their network management solution within the same Dynamics 365 instance.

A suite of pre-built Power BI reports which track key metrics so they can take the pulse of their development efforts and make data-driven decisions.
