Hi! I’m MISSION CRM
Building the future for donor management + fundraising on Microsoft Dynamics 365
Since day one, MISSION CRM has relentlessly pursued a singular mission: to accelerate the momentum of our clients’ operations, so they can advance their mission and make a difference in the world.
In every industry, there’s someone building the future: in order for us to be vanguards in donor management and fundraising, there was only one option for our foundation – Microsoft Dynamics 365. and the Power Platform. Microsoft’s investment in the seamless integration across Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform into a unified Microsoft Cloud for Nonprofit provides the infrastructure we need to move the needle in a static sector.
Our incredible team of developers, consultants and client happiness specialists partner with, and serve our nonprofit clients with integrity, empathy and excellence.
The revolution to reimagine how we serve this sector has begun – at MISSION CRM, our role is to innovate, build and nurture this amazing new home in the cloud for nonprofits.
MISSION CRM Ltd. was established by co-founders Christina Herancourt and CJ Brooks in November 2016 in Toronto, Canada. We began our journey in 2016 with a dining room table and a dream, and we launched V1 of the MISSION CRM system in late 2017 – the first and only donor management and fundraising system built on Dynamics 365.
Since then, we’ve had 3 strategic pivot points in our journey. In late 2018, Microsoft introduced the Nonprofit Common Data Model (CDM). The CDM is the universal language which harmonizes systems and data. Combined with Microsoft’s Dataverse, the revolution to unify the siloed technology ecosystems nonprofits is now a reality in the Microsoft Cloud for Nonprofit. We rebuilt the entire system from the ground up on the CDM and launched MISSION CRM V2 in July 2019.
Then in January 2020, Microsoft decided it wanted to build a first party donor management and fundraising solution on Dynamics 365 to support the world’s nonprofits. MISSION CRM then sold Microsoft our core IP and together we built Microsoft’s Fundraising and Engagement solution, which launched in October 2020.
In October 2021, MISSION CRM joined the Sylogist family of solutions serving the nonprofit and public sector. With a team of over 190~ professionals, we have the bench strength and support to mission-based organizations around the world.
